Hello! We are Cuva. We help people gift unique getaways in unusual hotels across Russia: from transparent spheres in the forest to yurts on the shores of Lake Baikal.
We are currently looking for a Content Lead / Editor-in-Chief. And not just a content manager, but someone with strong copywriting skills and a dynamic SMM mindset. Someone who can craft engaging texts, make posts go viral, and allow us to confidently delegate everything related to words and content.
In this role, you will plan content, write texts independently, coordinate their publication, and analyze results. The main platforms are Telegram and Instagram; we also have VK, email, a blog, and occasionally other marketing materials.
What you will do:
- Plan content and maintain a content calendar for Telegram, Instagram, VK, email, and the blog.
- Independently write and finalize texts for publication for posts, stories, scripts, email newsletters, and blog articles; if necessary — for other marketing materials.
- Coordinate publication: select topics and references, set clear briefs for designers, monitor deadlines and publication quality.
- Develop the blog and build effective workflows with AI tools for research and drafts, while maintaining fact-checking and an authorial voice.
- Manage content from idea to publication: select topics and references, set clear briefs for designers, control deadlines and placement quality.
- Collaborate with the influence manager, design, and marketing teams, participate in projects with partner brands.
- Analyze content performance, propose new hypotheses, and maintain Cuva's voice in communication with the audience.
What is important to us:
- From 2 years of practical experience in SMM or content marketing.
- A portfolio with strong texts, written independently.
- Strong copywriting skills: ability to write captivating headlines and texts, understand tonality, rhythm, and appropriate humor.
- Experience with multiple formats and channels — from social media to email and articles; the ability to adapt one idea for different platforms.
- Ability to plan publications, coordinate materials, and assign tasks to designers.
- Understanding of SMM and content metrics; ability to connect numbers with hypotheses and solutions.
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals and confident use of AI tools for ideas, research, and drafts.
- Literacy and a habit of independently checking structure, facts, logic, and ToV (Tone of Voice) compliance.
Experience with travel, lifestyle, or service brands and a genuine interest in travel around Russia and countryside retreats will be an advantage.
What we offer:
- Salary from 150,000 ₽ net.
- Full-time employment, 5/2 schedule, and an 8-hour workday.
- Remote, hybrid, or office-based format. If desired, you can work from our stylish office in the center of Moscow at 10s9 Nizhnyaya Syromyatnicheskaya Street, near Chkalovskaya metro station.
- Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation from day one in an accredited IT company.
- 28 calendar days of vacation and paid sick leave.
- 50% reimbursement for training, medical, or sports expenses.
- Discounts on hotel bookings.
- MacBook for hybrid or office formats, if needed for work.
- The opportunity to influence Cuva's content and create the best brand media about travel in Russia.
What we expect in your application:
- A link to your portfolio with your best texts.
- Instead of a standard cover letter, tell us about a place in Russia you want to return to. Make it so compelling that we want to go there too after reading your text.
We want to see how you write, feel the language, and can make people fall in love with travel.
