We have an interesting and large-scale vacancy in an international fintech company:
💻 Head of International Payments The role is a mix of COO, Product Owner, and "architect". It is, in fact, an internal startup, the team is small, hence this mix. We need a person who will build a platform for international payments from scratch and prepare it for scaling. Processes, SLA, partner network, KYC/AML matrix, compliance, implementation of new features and technologies, automation, and all that.
Experience requirements: we need a person who has solved similar tasks in the scale of fintech startups and scale-ups, PSPs, etc., has a good understanding of the architecture and infrastructure of international payments, the current context, and regulator requirements. Roles can vary, but the most suitable candidates will be those from positions of heads/leads of payment blocks, product owners/project managers, COOs.
Work is in a hybrid format, remote work is definitely not an option! Location: Moscow.
