Yango Group is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to help maintain high-quality support for our ride-hailing service. This role involves reviewing customer support interactions, providing feedback to agents, and helping ensure every user feels heard and valued. This is a remote position for candidates based in Serbia.

What you’ll do

• Reviewing support agent responses and evaluating their quality
• Providing feedback on reviewed cases and explaining the reasoning behind evaluations
• Analyzing performance issues and discussing improvement areas with agents who have low quality metrics
• Preparing reports on reviewed cases and documenting issues
• Suggesting improvements to make our support service more effective and deliver a better user experience

Who you are

• 6+ months of experience as a Quality Control Specialist, Support Specialist, or in a similar role
• Fluent Serbian and B2 or higher Russian language skills
• A personal laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection for remote work
• The ability to work collaboratively and support teammates
• A willingness to learn and develop professionally
