Ozon Bank's design system is growing, and I'm looking for a middle product designer for the design system to join my team.
If you're interested in more than just drawing screens, but in developing systemic solutions that various product teams will use — we're on the same path.
For us, the design system is an internal product. It helps make interfaces faster, more consistent, and higher quality, and also reduces the cost of changes and simplifies life for both designers and developers.
What's important to me:
- Product design experience and practical experience in developing a design system, UI Kit, or component library.
- Systems thinking: the ability to distinguish an individual product scenario from a recurring need and find the right boundary for a systemic solution.
- Experience in independently designing components of simple and medium complexity.
- Ability to define component structure, states, properties, slots, behavior, constraints, and edge cases.
- Proficient in Figma: Components, Variants, Component Properties, Auto Layout, Variables, Libraries.
- Understanding of modularity, reusability, and design tokens principles.
- Ability to consider mobile/desktop, interaction quality, and accessibility.
- Experience in preparing documentation and component usage guidelines.
- Willingness to closely collaborate with developers and understand the connection between a component's design and its implementation.
- Ability to independently organize work on a task and bring the result to a complete systemic solution.
- Attention to detail and the ability to justify your decisions and compromises.
