🚀 Two Head Positions in an International iGaming Company I am currently looking for strong leaders for two positions simultaneously at an international iGaming company.

🔹 Head of Contact Center — up to 4,000 USDT The company is actively developing its LATAM direction and forming a full-fledged Contact Center structure that will be responsible for: • Chat Support • Calls • VIP / Account Retention

The main task is to build a Contact Center for LATAM almost from scratch: processes, standards, KPIs, team, and interaction with the existing infrastructure.

What is important: • Management experience in iGaming / gambling • Strong experience in Contact Center / Customer Support / VIP / Retention • Experience in building and optimizing operational processes • Experience working with LATAM is a big plus, especially Argentina / Colombia • Spanish — Native / C1+ • English — fluent • Russian — working level

🌎 Remote | We also consider candidates from LATAM 💰 Target — 4,000 USDT + bonus part

🔹 Head of Engagement — around $5,000 A strategic role focused on Retention, Engagement, and Churn reduction for an international iGaming product.

Areas of responsibility: • Retention & Churn strategy • CJM and player engagement • Segmentation and cohort analysis • Bonus and loyalty mechanics • CRM / Product / Customer Service • Promotions, tournaments, jackpots, and other engagement mechanics • Analytics and optimization across different GEOs

I am looking for a candidate with: • 5+ years of experience in international iGaming • Experience in a Head / Lead position in Engagement / Retention / CRM / Loyalty • Deep understanding of player psychology and retention metrics • Practical experience with segmentation, cohorts, bonuses, CRM, and promotions • Experience working with an international multi-GEO product • English B2+
