We are looking for an experienced BI Analyst / Product BI Analyst to work on a mobile application in the credit solutions sector, where every stage of the user journey directly impacts conversion, business results, and customer experience quality. This is a role for an analyst who knows how to work with data, product funnels, and BI reporting, understands the impact of each stage of the customer journey on key metrics, and helps the business make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities -Analysis of product and business metrics of the mobile application -Building and supporting dashboards and reports in Power BI -Analysis of the client funnel: from application submission to loan issuance -Identifying bottlenecks and conversion loss points at each stage of the funnel -Preparation of analytical conclusions and recommendations for product and business teams -Analysis of the effectiveness of new product changes and hypotheses -Working with SQL queries to extract, verify, and analyze data -Monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and key business indicators -Analysis of user behavior and customer journey -Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders -Support for data-driven decisions on launching new credit products

Requirements -From 3 years of commercial experience in the role of BI Analyst / Product Analyst -Strong experience with SQL -Confident experience with Power BI -Experience analyzing product funnels and conversions -Experience in building reports, dashboards, and KPI monitoring -Ability to work with large datasets -Strong analytical thinking and data-driven approach -Experience with digital products (mobile / fintech / web)

Will be a plus -Experience in fintech / banking / lending -Understanding of lending processes -Experience in analyzing scoring, fraud / risk statuses -Experience in A/B test analysis -Experience in cohort / retention analysis -Understanding of UX/UI impact on conversion
