Looking for a freelance "Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO, Paid Media & Shopify Strategy)" to join the Fotowear team.

The Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can turn strategy into execution—and execution into results.

This role focuses on paid media, CRM, and digital performance with clear objectives: increase sales, grow our community, and elevate the business. Understand how to leverage ChatGPT/AI to accelerate workflows, dominate Google SEO, and scale a Shopify storefront within the fashion and custom clothing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Growth & Optimization: Manage and scale our Shopify store, optimizing for conversion rate (CRO), average order value (AOV), and seamless UX.

Paid Media Management: Design, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

SEO & Content Strategy: Lead technical and on-page SEO efforts to increase organic visibility for custom clothing trends and keywords.

AI Integration: Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools for rapid optimization, product descriptions, data analysis, and shopping with AI.

CRM & Growth: Manage CRM workflows and email/SMS campaigns to nurture our audience and increase lifetime value for our clothing brand.

What We’re Looking For

Fashion & Custom Apparel DNA: You understand the nuances of the clothing industry—from seasonal trends to the specific challenges of marketing custom-made or personalized products.

Proven Track Record: A portfolio of at least one successful endeavor with a specific brand or business, demonstrating your ability to scale results from strategy to execution.

Platform Mastery: Expert-level command of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (understanding trends, creative hooks, and algorithm shifts) alongside deep technical mastery of Google Ads.

Performance Mindset: You focus on conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and ROAS.

Desired experience

Shopify Expert; Proven experience growing Shopify stores, specifically in the fashion, apparel, or custom goods sector.

5–7+ years in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.

Demonstrated success in managing and scaling paid spend on Google Ads, Facebook, IG, and TikTok.

Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Shopify Analytics.
