Limassol, Cyprus Office | Full-time We are considering candidates from other countries who are ready to relocate to Cyprus with relocation support.

We are looking for a Casino Operations Manager for an international product iGaming company: 10+ years in the market, own platform, Tier-1 geos.

🎯Main focus - managing already launched casino mechanics and their commercial results: tournaments, bonuses, promotions, and other gaming activities.

📌Key tasks: — Manage gaming mechanics after launch: settings, configurations, and parameters. — Plan and launch tournaments, bonuses, promotions, and special gaming activities. — Be responsible for GGR and other commercial KPIs of the assigned mechanics. — Analyze player behavior and activity effectiveness, identify growth opportunities. — Collaborate with CRM, Retention, and BI to improve engagement, retention, and commercial results. — Monitor the operational calendar and stable operation of active features. — Formulate recommendations for the Product / Feature Owner on the further development of gaming mechanics. — Coordinate incident resolution with technical teams.

📌What is important: — 3+ years of experience in Casino Operations / Product Operations / Game Operations in iGaming. — Practical experience with tournaments, bonuses, promotions, gamification, or other casino mechanics. — Understanding of online casino economics and key metrics: GGR, NGR, RTP, Hold.
