OCSiAl (the world’s largest industrial manufacturer of single wall carbon nanotubes with production facilities in Serbia) is looking for an experienced Business analyst with hands-on experience in at least one major ERP system (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc).
The ideal candidate has strong experience in cross-functional ERP implementations within manufacturing or industrial environments and is fluent in English and Russian.
This position can be hybrid or on-site in our offices in Belgrade, or in one of 2 other locations in Serbia.
Key Responsibilities:
- In cross-functional collaboration, conduct workshops, interviews with business process owners in Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing to analyze and understand their specific needs and requirements;
- Map business processes, user journeys, perform gap analysis, develop domain models, etc;
- Drive process improvements and standardisation by proposing and defending industry best practices found in Oracle NetSuite and other ERPs;
- Define and approve business requirements with stakeholders;
- Document RFPs, BRDs, FSDs, NFRs; support project planning and implementation;
- Develop UAT cases; aid end users in adapting to functional changes.
Experience/Required Skills:
- 3+ years experience in a similar role;
- Experience in manufacturing environment with one of major ERPs (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc);
- Certifications in ERP systems or Business Analysis is a plus;
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Fluent English and Russian languages;
- Relevant degree in Business, IT, or related field; or equivalent work experience;
