About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, improve processes, and support system implementations, with a strong focus on ERP (Odoo) and operational workflows.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, structuring ambiguity, and driving clarity across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements & documentation
- Gather, clarify, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Translate business needs into structured artifacts (functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, task descriptions)
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation in task and knowledge management systems
- Process analysis
- Analyze current business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, dependencies, and risks
- Map AS-IS and TO-BE process flows at the level required for implementation
- Identify operational pain points and translate them into actionable improvements
- ERP & operations
- Support the ongoing Odoo ERP migration, including a time-sensitive US launch
- Ensure quality and consistency of requirements for migration-critical processes
- Support operational initiatives across warehouse, logistics, support, and finance-related workflows
- Participate in testing, validation, and rollout of system and process changes
- Prioritization & alignment
- Work within the prioritization framework to clarify business value, urgency, and dependencies
- Collaborate with IT, developers, ERP specialists, and business stakeholders to align on scope and delivery
- Support the development of scalable and structured workflows for request intake and execution
