Chief Product Officer

Not just someone who will manage the product backlog, but a leader who can influence what insurance will be like for millions of customers tomorrow. At Renaissance Insurance, we build digital products at the intersection of insurance, technology, data, and AI — and now we are looking for a Chief Product Officer to take leadership of the product direction.

What this role will entail: → define the product strategy and turn it into measurable business results → develop a strong product team and culture → find new growth points and launch products that people genuinely want to use → work together with business, technology, analytics, and AI teams → influence the customer experience and transformation of one of the largest insurance companies in Russia.

We need a person who can simultaneously see the big picture and the product in detail. Someone who talks not only about roadmaps, discovery, and metrics, but also about revenue, profit, growth, and customer value.
