Our client is an international product holding in iGaming with strong expertise and a large-scale White Label division. Here, every project is a full-fledged business with its own team, product, marketing, and P&L.
The team is currently strengthening one of its key directions and is looking for a Project Manager in Retention.
🗜️ What you'll be doing: — Coordinating retention processes and tasks within the team — Analyzing key metrics: Retention Rate, Churn Rate, ARPPU, ROI — Identifying growth points and improving user retention — Collaborating with product, marketing, BI, and VIP teams — Supporting the project lead in operational tasks
🗜️ What's important: — 1–2 years of experience in iGaming / Betting / High-risk — Understanding of retention metrics and user behavior — Experience with CRM (Optimove, Smartico, Customer.io, Salesforce, Emarsys, Ometria, or similar) — Confident analytics + BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) — English B2+
