SMM Manager

We invite you to participate in the competition for the vacant position of "SMM Manager" in the Moscow representative office.

Dreaming of working with a famous brand and seeing the real results of your work? We are the "Evalar" team – relaunching our SMM direction and looking for an idea-driven colleague who will become the team's right hand!

Your tasks:

• Managing the brand's social media (Instagram, TikTok, VKontakte, Telegram, Odnoklassniki, Max) together with a second manager;
• Writing texts for posts;
• Searching for trends, news hooks, and ideas for viral content;
• Setting tasks for designers, editors, UGC creators, and controlling deadlines and quality of work;
• Organizing mobile shooting, being ready to be on camera if necessary;
• Analyzing content effectiveness, collecting statistics;
• Daily posting.

You are our person if:

• You have a higher education (Pharmacy, Philology, Journalism, PR, Advertising, Marketing);
• You have at least 2 years of experience in internet marketing;
• You know the principles of promotion;
• You have excellent written Russian language skills;
• You can analyze content results and act on them;
• You are an advanced PC user, proficient in graphic programs like Photoshop, Canva, Figma, CupCut;
• You can work with neural networks - Nano Banana ChatGPT, Gemini (this will be an advantage);
• Initiative, creativity, communication skills, high work capacity, and teamwork skills describe you!

We offer:

• Official employment with full compliance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (sick leave, vacation, etc.);
• Work format: hybrid (3 days in the office/2 days from home);
• Working hours: Mon-Thu from 09.00 to 18.00, Fri from 09.00 to 17.00;
