We are looking for not just someone who knows how to manage social media. We need a specialist with a marketing mindset, who understands that content is a tool for brand development and patient acquisition. Not only beautiful publications and high reach are important to us, but also how content builds trust in the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Development of a strategy for the development of all company social networks;
• tracking trends and tendencies, implementing them into company social networks;
• compilation of a content plan for company social media (Telegram, VK, Zen, Instagram, YouTube);
• setting tasks for content production (texts, photos, videos), monitoring execution and results;
• shooting with a mobile phone, editing vertical videos (reels, stories, shorts) and photos;
• posting on social media and video hosting platforms according to the content plan;
• monitoring and responding to comments;
• analysis of company social networks;
• analysis of competitors' social networks.

Requirements:

• experience working with social media (network design, Tone of voice, content structure, content plan) from 2 years;
• interest in skincare and the beauty industry will be an advantage;
• fluent written communication;
• Proficiency in modern content creation tools (CapCut, Canva, Figma or similar);
• Ability to analyze the results of your work and make data-driven decisions;
• High level of self-organization, responsibility, initiative, and adherence to deadlines.
