We are looking for an SMM Specialist
Are you the creative SMM guru who knows how to bring social media to life and capture audience attention? We create content that is not just read, but discussed, shared, and remembered.
At Bombora, you will:
- Create and publish content on key social networks (VK, Telegram, Dzen, YouTube Shorts, etc.): posts, stories, reels/clips, longreads, collections, new release announcements, behind-the-scenes from production and presentations, author interviews, thematic sections by genre and series.
- Work with visuals and video: set technical tasks for designers and videographers for post covers, playlist covers, previews, short videos; adapt materials for platform formats; control quality and deadlines.
- Manage communities and communicate with the audience: moderate comments and private messages, answer reader questions, work with feedback (including negative), identify insights, and pass feedback to the editorial and marketing departments.
- Attract and retain subscribers: work on increasing organic reach and engagement, test new formats and mechanics (surveys, quizzes, challenges), analyze publication effectiveness, and adjust the content plan.
- Collaborations: find and interact with book bloggers, book clubs, media, and related brands; organize joint promotions, guest posts, cross-promotions, track partnership results.
- Analytics and reporting: regularly collect and analyze metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, subscriber growth, conversions), prepare reports on SMM activity effectiveness, formulate conclusions and recommendations for improving results.
- Participate in offline activities: prepare content for broadcasts and stories from book fairs, presentations, autograph sessions; post-process materials, create final publications and mini-videos.
- Monitor competitors and trends: track the activity of other publishers, book bloggers, and related media, identify successful cases, and adapt them to company tasks.
- Work with internal stakeholders: interact with the editorial department, marketing, PR, designers, and videographers to synchronize communications and adhere to the brand book.
- Test new tools and platforms: study and implement new social media features, experimental formats, evaluate their effectiveness for the book audience.
