Saint Petersburg State University of Telecommunications named after Prof. M. A. Bonch-Bruevich is a recognized leader in training specialists in the fields of communications, telecommunications, and IT. Responsibilities:
- Leadership of the Department of Career Guidance and Admissions: planning, coordination, and control of all work directions
- Organization and conduct of career guidance events, excursions, Olympiads, and projects for schoolchildren and prospective students
- Organization and development of the university's "Open Days," creating vibrant and memorable events
- Interaction with visitors: consultations, business correspondence, answering questions on the Admissions Committee's website and forums
- Representing the university at city and district educational fairs
- Planning and organizing the work of the admissions committee, ensuring a high level of service for prospective students
Candidate Expectations:
- Higher education (preferably in pedagogy, management, or communications)
- At least 3 years of experience in educational organizations or in the field of career guidance/admissions
- Skills in event organization, business correspondence, and public speaking
- Ability to work with a large volume of information, systemic thinking, initiative
- Excellent communication skills, customer focus, stress resistance
- Proficiency in modern digital tools for communication and work organization
