Your future responsibilities:
- Developing a strategy for the development of corporate sports and external sports projects
- Controlling and protecting the department's budget: annual, quarterly, and monthly planning of sports initiatives for the entire perimeter
- Developing, implementing, and controlling the execution of an action plan for corporate sports and external sports projects in the regions
- Forming development programs for children's sports projects
- Organizing scheduled operational meetings with heads of special projects
- Monitoring deadlines, feasibility, and budgets for special projects
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a management position
- Experience working with sports federations (or from the perspective of a sports federation)
- Experience in commercial organizations is mandatory (corporate sports)
- Highly developed communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships with partners
- Experience with geographically distributed teams and children's sports projects is an advantage
- Flexibility and high speed in operational tasks, autonomy in work, ability to work in a cohesive team
