UCC Energy is looking for a Finance Director, Upstream to join our team in Libya.

Preferred Candidate: Libyan nationals, as the role will be based in Libya and requires close engagement with local stakeholders, partners, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements & Experience:

Extensive experience in upstream oil & gas finance.
Financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
Investment appraisal.
Portfolio management.
Asset economics.
Capital allocation.
JV/PSC structures.
Strategic finance leadership.

The Role: This is a senior leadership opportunity to partner directly with the CFO, driving financial strategy, portfolio performance, value creation, cash flow optimization, governance, and investment decisions across an international upstream portfolio.
