Description
AI Transformation and Data Research Division of the Finance Block is seeking a Data Scientist/AI Engineer for the development of AI agents within the “Finance Block Digital Employee” initiative, aimed at enhancing the efficiency of operational processes within the Finance block.
Responsibilities
- Working out requirements with customers
- Developing AI agents and deploying solutions to production
- Implementing integrations with databases, RAG, GigaChat API, and other Bank systems
- Creating a test corpus, controlling labeling quality
- Developing ML models and improving their target metrics
Requirements
- Higher education (MSU, MIPT, HSE, RSSA, etc.)
- Experience writing clean production code in Python
- Knowledge of OOP
- Experience in AI agent development
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph frameworks
- Knowledge of classical ML, LLM, and RAG
- Experience writing complex queries. Experience in the banking/financial sector will be a plus
