Responsibilities
- organizing and managing the processes of acquiring and disposing of real estate, taking into account business goals and plans
- managing lease relationships in real estate, including optimizing rental expenses and income
- managing land and property relations, ensuring cadastral registration and preparation of title documents for real estate objects
- managing employee placement.
Requirements
- higher education
- knowledge of Russian real estate legislation
- experience in registering real estate transactions and transfer of ownership rights with Rosreestr
- experience in the real estate sector, including real estate transactions (lease is mandatory), title registration
- skills in drafting company regulatory documents (regulations, standards, rules)
- ability to use neural networks in daily work
- possession of a vehicle and willingness to travel (expenses are compensated).
