FC "Rodina" is a professional football club based in Moscow, competing in the Russian Premier League in the 2026/2027 season. We are participants in the country's main football tournament, and behind us are not only matches but also a serious financial infrastructure: international contracts, currency settlements, work with foreign clubs and players.
We are currently looking for a Deputy Chief Accountant to ensure the financial stability of the club.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and submission of financial statements to the RPL and RFC, support for the club's licensing according to financial criteria;
- Accounting for registration rights of players as intangible assets (acquisition, depreciation, write-off), accounting for leases, compensation, solidarity payments, and agency fees;
- Accounting for contracts of players and coaching staff, bonus payments;
- Accounting for club revenues (television and commercial rights, sponsorship contracts, match day, merchandise);
- Accounting for target financing of the academy and charitable foundation;
- Settlements with personnel (including legionaries), control of primary documents;
- Preparation of tax returns (VAT, profit tax, personal income tax, insurance contributions), taxation of non-residents, support for audits and inspections;
- Development and updating of accounting policies, document flow regulations;
- Separate accounting by group legal entities, preparation of data for consolidated reporting;
- Acting as Chief Accountant, preparing reports upon management's request.
Requirements:
- Higher education (accounting, finance, economics);
- At least 3 years of experience as Chief Accountant or Deputy Chief Accountant;
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional football club (RPL / First League);
- Personal participation in the preparation and submission of the licensing package to the RFC: practical knowledge of licensing regulations, financial criteria, and deadlines;
- Knowledge of RFC Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Football Players sufficient for accounting for transfer and agency operations;
- Experience in accounting for registration rights of players as intangible assets;
- Knowledge of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (VAT, profit tax, personal income tax, insurance contributions), including taxation of non-residents;
- Proficient in 1C:Accounting 8.3, 1C:ZUP, Electronic Document Management; advanced Excel skills.
