Platform V Stack (OST) is a platform for creating and managing cloud infrastructure (IaaS - Infrastructure as a Service) from the Russian software developer SberTech JSC. The product is designed for deploying and managing public or private clouds, providing access to virtual computing resources, storage, and networks through a single interface.

Platform V Stack allows solving the following tasks:

• Creation and management of cloud infrastructures.

• Automation of resource allocation.

• Flexible scaling of infrastructure.

• Increased fault tolerance and availability.

Responsibilities

• Supporting tasks at all stages of the product release cycle: decomposition, structuring, description, synchronization, and updating information in project management systems
• Formulating and agreeing on requirements for product improvements. (Sources of requirements: CRs from current customers, market requirements – jointly with the product owner and architect, new regulatory requirements)
• Participating in monitoring the compliance of implemented functionality with stated requirements
• Conducting competitive analysis (technical part, not marketing).
• Collecting and analyzing user feedback (vendor-side only L3).
• Designing customer journeys
• Participating in setting software development tasks (with the support of the product owner, technical lead, and experts)
• Participating in product design: usage scenarios, forms, API, developing optimal technical solutions considering all factors and domain specifics. Supporting development from a domain perspective
• Working in the version control system (review process), task scheduler, and knowledge base (only technical part; a dedicated professional team is allocated for writing documentation)
• Participating in team meetings (Planning, Daily, others).

Requirements

• Experience as a systems analyst for 2+ years (working with requirements, recording, agreeing on requirements, priority: system software)
• Practical skills in developing product requirements: Epic, UserStory, Jobs to be done, etc.
• Understanding of the software development process
• Experience in creating technical documentation and describing features of designed and researched systems
• Experience in reverse-analyzing application architecture
• Understanding of architectural approaches
• Understanding of the fundamentals of classical algorithms, systems theory and systems analysis, basics of information security
• Experience in analyzing and modeling business processes and integration interactions
• Knowledge of methodologies for functional, informational, and process modeling
• Experience in forming JSON, YAML
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, version control systems
• Experience working under the Agile methodology
• Experience in developing specifications, project documentation
• Good communication skills
• Organization and accuracy: ability to work with deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge and understanding of the operation of Linux family operating systems
• Understanding of virtualization principles
• Understanding of basic containerization principles
• Understanding of cloud system principles (Docker, Kubernetes), experience testing Cloud-Native applications
• Basic knowledge of Python and Jenkins: ability to fetch and transform data, extract important information, write simple analytics automation scripts
• Product certification experience.
