Padix is an ecosystem for the padel market: a mobile app for players, organizers, and coaches, a CRM for clubs, and an internal Padix CRM. The product is partially ready and is approaching its first release.

We are looking for a self-sufficient partner, not a PM-coordinator, who will take over product management and delivery from the Founder.

🔸 Format: part-time, remote, Russia

Salary: initially — a share in the LLC without a fixed salary (from 4 hours/day); further — the share is retained + 400 thousand ₽ NET (fulltime)

🔸 What we expect:

– 6+ years of PM experience in IT – Experience with complex digital products – Mandatory experience with Flutter or native iOS/Android – Understanding of Backend / Mobile / Web / API / Databases – Strong experience with payments and complex integrations – Deep product analytics – Active use of AI in work

🔸 Tasks:

– Formulate roadmap and priorities – Lead features from idea to production – Manage the team, deadlines, QA, and releases – Create detailed specifications for Backend / Flutter / Web / QA / Design – Work with analytics, users, and competitors – Control production and technical debt

The Founder sets strategic goals — you independently determine the path and are responsible for the result. It is important not to wait for instructions and to be able to argue with the Founder.
