Responsibilities
TASKS:
- Managing the project lifecycle: from planning to release and support.
- Coordinating team work: developers, designers, testers.
- Monitoring deadlines, budget, and quality of task execution (Agile/Scrum).
- Analyzing targeting functionality requirements and prioritizing them.
- Testing new features (UX/UI, integration with DigitalTV).
- Collecting user feedback and forming requirements for improvements.
- Preparing documentation and reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM CANDIDATES:
- Experience in IT project management (1+ year).
- Knowledge of targeted advertising principles (socdem, geo, interests).
- Ability to work with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar tools.
- Understanding of development processes (API, integrations, data security).
- Analytical skills: collecting metrics, evaluating solution effectiveness.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
Will be a plus:
— Experience with advertising platforms;
