Rooted in a "walk-to-earn" mechanic, users complete steps to earn in-app currency, compete in challenges, join raffles, and unlock digital rewards. It's more than fitness — it's fun, social, and game-driven. Our ambition is to become the largest app of its kind, capturing and holding the attention of the majority of Telegram users worldwide. We are looking for someone who can help us create not just a seamless and functional product, but one that's bold, vibrant and deeply emotional.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will own marketing from the product side for Stepmania and act as a bridge between the product team and external marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Own in-product marketing: push notifications, in-app messages, marketing mechanics, and timing.
• Define and package marketing solutions on the product side.
• Track and analyze key product marketing metrics: activation, engagement, and retention.
• Act as the main point of connection between the product team and external marketing.
• Prepare and maintain all marketing-related documentation: feature descriptions, user flows, timelines, constraints, and priorities.
• Ensure the marketing team receives all necessary information on time to execute their plans.
• Stay closely aligned with marketing on tasks, deadlines, and results — helping turn plans into execution and holding teams accountable for outcomes.

Requirements:

• Someone with experience in product marketing, product, or growth roles.
• A hands-on person who can execute, not just delegate.
• Solid understanding of push notifications, lifecycle communications, and product metrics.
• Strong ability to structure information and bring clarity across teams.
• Self-driven, responsible, and results-oriented.
