Vacancy: Project Manager / Producer

Hello everyone!
We are scaling up and creating a new team for one of our new projects. We need a strong producer who can organize the team, successfully launch this project, and continue to lead subsequent ones.
Responsibilities:
- Team management at all stages of development - from start to release.
- Project planning: creating a roadmap, managing sprints, controlling deadlines and priorities.
- Project production: participating in vision formation, quality and deadline control, ability to preserve the original concept and convey it to the team.
- Building and optimizing team workflows.
- Communication between departments, resolving blockers, and risk management.
- Maintaining and updating project documentation.
Mandatory Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in game development as a producer or product/project manager.
- Verified releases in the portfolio (this is a fundamentally important requirement).
- Skills in process building and people management.
- Confident practical application of Agile methodologies.
- Positive attitude towards AI tools and willingness to actively use and implement them for pipeline optimization.
It will be a huge plus if you:
- Have experience with Unreal Engine and/or Unity.
- Understand the specifics of 3D development from the inside.
- Have worked with projects of various genres and formats (2D, 3D, casual games).
- Have successful experience in building teams from scratch.
- Have a deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban principles, as well as familiarity with SAFe, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums frameworks.
