Responsibilities
- develop promotion for IBB Hotel, IBB Conference Center and Westfalia restaurant;
- develop and launch promotions, special offers and advertising campaigns;
- manage and develop social networks: content plan, texts, posts, Stories, Reels;
- create content, develop visuals in Canva / Adobe;
- work with the Tilda website: pages, landing pages, promotions, forms and content;
- manage contractors for digital advertising;
- work with: Bitrix24, analytics.
Requirements
- completed higher education in marketing or related fields;
- experience in promoting commercial products or services;
- understanding of digital marketing and key advertising metrics;
- experience working with contractors for contextual and/or targeted advertising;
- experience in managing social networks and creating content;
- photo and video shooting skills, basic editing;
- confident proficiency in Canva; Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator will be an advantage;
- experience with Tilda;
- understanding of web analytics, UTM tags and end-to-end analytics;
- experience working with Bitrix24 and understanding of CRM marketing.
Conditions
- 5/2 schedule, from 8:45 to 17:15;
