Job Description:
Requirements Analysis and Documentation
- Gathering, clarifying, and structuring requirements from business stakeholders and the product team
- Writing functional specifications, Use Cases, and User Stories in Jira
- Decomposing epics into tasks with clear acceptance criteria
- Maintaining and updating the product backlog together with the Product Manager
Design and Modeling
- Developing business process diagrams (AS-IS / TO-BE) for key business scenarios of the platform
- Designing data models: subject area entities, dictionaries, relationships
- Describing API contracts (OpenAPI / Swagger) together with the backend team
- Developing and agreeing on algorithms for calculating analytical metrics based on customer business formulas
Integrations and Data
- Analyzing and describing input data formats from external sources and customer systems
- Developing data mapping and validation rules between internal and external identifiers
- Creating tasks for automatic data collection from external sources: structure, schedule, error handling
Interaction with Team and Client
- Conducting meetings for gathering and agreeing on requirements with the client
- Maintaining communication between business and development (translating business requirements into technical ones)
- Participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, grooming sessions
Required Skills
- 3 years of experience, preferably in product or custom IT projects
- UML, BPMN: sequence diagrams, state diagrams, business process diagrams
- REST API (OpenAPI / Swagger): endpoints, request/response, error codes
- SQL for reading and writing queries (SELECT JOIN, GROUP BY) — for understanding data models
- Jira / Confluence — backlog management, task writing, documentation
- Excel: understanding complex formulas, pivot tables — customer data comes in tabular format
- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria according to the Given-When-Then standard or similar
- Agile / Scrum: sprints, grooming, planning, retrospectives
Will be a plus
- Experience in data analytics, digital marketing, or related fields
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online promotion mechanics
- Basic understanding of automatic data collection principles from external sources
- Experience integrating AI/LLM solutions: understanding prompt engineering, API integrations
- Experience with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, or similar
