Looking for an HR Project Manager for our Almaty office! (No hybrid, no remote)

Hi, network! I'm expanding the team and looking for someone passionate about people, brands, and social impact.

Who I'm looking for: An HR Project Manager who can manage projects at the intersection of social projects, employer branding, and the IT community.

Main areas of work:

🌱 Social Projects — initiatives that create value not only for the business but also for the community. If you believe you can change the world for the better — we are on the same path.

💻 DevRel — working with the technical community, building relationships with developers, participating in the organization of meetups, conferences, and collaborations.

🎯 Employer Brand — developing the employer brand, creating content, working with EVP and positioning the company in the talent market.

What's important to me in a candidate: ✅ Project management experience (preferably in social projects/employer brand/DevRel) ✅ Ability to work with diverse stakeholders ✅ Systemic thinking + creativity ✅ Drive and proactivity — not only generating ideas but also bringing them to fruition
