Senior Growth Marketing Analyst

Position: Senior Growth Marketing Analyst Client: a company that has been involved in traffic acquisition and monetization for over 8 years and is now developing its own mobile applications (ad monetization). Work format: remote Location and work schedule: the company is located in Cyprus, working from 10 AM to 7 PM Cyprus time. Your location should be within the Eurozone or Asia, not the Russian Federation. Employment: B2B contract.

The role's objective is to find growth opportunities in traffic acquisition and ad-monetized apps, improve automation algorithms, and help the business make data-driven decisions.

What you will do:

• Analyze in-app, social, and web traffic: identify scaling opportunities and reasons for performance decline.
• Conduct cohort and segmentation analysis, evaluate experiments, and test hypotheses.
• Analyze traffic acquisition automation algorithms and formulate requirements for their improvement.
• Work with metrics for proprietary apps: retention, user behavior, and ad monetization.
• Build dashboards and prepare recommendations for business owners and the team.

You have:

• 7+ years in data analytics and 4+ years in digital/performance/growth marketing.
• Experience in mobile app analytics and ad monetization: mediation, waterfall/bidding, eCPM, fill rate, ARPDAU, ad revenue.
• Solid understanding of acquisition and product metrics: LTV, ROAS, ROI, CPI, CPA, retention, and others.
• Practical experience with SQL, Python or R, BI tools, MMPs, and attribution systems. Experience with BigQuery will be important.
• Ability to independently lead the analytical function and translate data insights into concrete business recommendations.
