Head of Monetization

Key Tasks:

• Development of a monetization product strategy to stimulate the growth of advertising revenue for all company products;
• Market analysis, research of trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for advertising revenue growth;
• Financial modeling of revenue, setting and implementing advertising revenue goals that do not contradict the goals of the company's core business;
• Development of advertising products: Working with product and development teams on the creation, optimization, and launch of advertising formats and tools;
• Partnership management, maintaining long-term relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and partners;
• Coordination of preparation and launch of marketing campaigns, interaction with internal and external marketing and product teams;
• Optimization of advertising metrics, analysis of advertising effectiveness, ensuring high ROI for advertisers and increasing revenue for the company;
• Monitoring of key advertising monetization KPIs, report generation;
• Budgeting and budget management for the implementation of the monetization strategy and ensuring its effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Experience in a leadership position in advertising monetization;
• Deep understanding of internet marketing principles and key metrics;
• Analytical mindset for data analysis and market trend identification;
• Strong leadership and management skills, experience in leading and developing teams;
• Ability to negotiate, as well as excellent communication skills for establishing and maintaining relationships with advertising partners and stakeholders;
• Experience in successful sales of advertising products, experience in developing and scaling partnerships;
• Experience with Google Ad Manager and/or Yandex AdFox;
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
