Krasnoyarsk Metallurgical Plant invites to the team of Chief Financial Officer.
Krasnoyarsk Metallurgical Plant is the third most powerful and the youngest of the large processing enterprises in Russia.
The scope of activity is the processing of aluminum and aluminum alloys. The company's operating production ensures the output of flat and round ingots, extruded profiles, bars and pipes, forgings and stampings from a wide range of aluminum alloys in accordance with the chemical composition of Russian and foreign standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset management, liquidity, organization of planning and financial control procedures.
- Building financial and economic models and presentations.
- Formation of regular management reporting.
- Budgeting (plan-factor analysis of budget execution, identification of reasons for deviations, analysis of profitability and margin, accounts receivable).
- Analysis of business processes from a cost-effectiveness perspective, development of metrics and methods for tracking efficiency, development of measures to improve efficiency.
- Building and implementing the management accounting architecture in the 1C ERP information system with the establishment of divisional management accounting (linking goals, directions, directories, accounts, reports).
- Testing modifications for projects and change requests in 1C ERP.
- Support for tax and audit inspections.
- Compilation of documentation regulating the company's activities in terms of financial and economic activities (FHD).
- Document flow control.
- Risk assessment, development of preventive measures.
Requirements:
- Specialized higher education (finance, economics, accounting).
- Training in CFO training (CIMA/ACCA diplomas or equivalent).
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing company of 3+ years.
- Relevant experience in production in the field of financial management/economics is an advantage.
- Practical knowledge of key areas of accounting, taxation system, management accounting.
- Experience in automating management accounting.
- Experience with GOZ (State Defense Order).
- People management experience, setting and monitoring task execution.
- Proficient user of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint.
- Proficient user of 1C ERP.
