What you will be doing
- Consult clients on the stock market, form investment portfolios and select investment solutions;
- Meet the established KPI;
- Attract assets to brokerage accounts in Alfa-Bank and Partner Broker, including from third-party banks and brokerage companies;
- Ensure growth in sales of investment products and penetration of investment products into client portfolios;
- Act as a mentor for premium retail business managers.
Our requirements for candidates
- Knowledge of the principles and methods of pricing and profitability of financial instruments, principles of quantitative and qualitative risk assessment of financial instruments and products, issuers, investment portfolios;
- Knowledge of the principles of forming a client's investment profile (risk profiling);
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework for banking, financial, investment, and investment consulting activities;
- Knowledge of the structure of financial markets and infrastructure: regulator, exchange and brokerage infrastructure;
- Knowledge of the principles and technologies for selling financial instruments and products in the Affluent segment;
- Experience in selling investment products and solutions, experience trading in financial markets, skills in technical and fundamental analysis, understanding of macroeconomic processes and interdependencies;
- Ability to build effective interpersonal communication and present investment products and services. Skills in business etiquette and correspondence.
