Main Tasks: • Organization of base station construction and development of the regional market • Receiving orders, conducting commercial negotiations and working with telecom operators • Interaction with government bodies, developers and property owners • Management of contracting organizations, quality control, construction timelines and safety • Acceptance of facilities and handover to telecom operators • Resolution of disputes, legal and operational issues • Management of the unit's team, budget, and resources
We are looking for you if: • Work experience – from 6 years • Education in the field of communication/telecommunications, not lower than secondary vocational • Experience in telecommunication construction or base station construction • Strong communication skills and experience in business negotiations • Experience working at Kcell, Beeline, Tele2/Altel or Kazakhtelecom will be an advantage
