A mobile operator t2 (ex. Tele2) is looking for a Technical Director.
They are seeking an energetic and competent manager with experience in solving complex and interesting problems, ready to lead and inspire a technical team of a large branch.
Responsibilities:
- Lead employees of the regional technical directorate
- Implement the technical strategy in the region
- Organize preparatory work for site construction according to the construction plan
- Organize the operation of communication networks and facilities, ensuring compliance with mandatory communication requirements and license conditions
- Organize timely network expansion according to the central planning department's plans
- Monitor the licensing status of the company's communication facilities
- Interact with the territorial division of Roskomnadzor and FSUE "Radio Frequency Center of the Federal District"
- Organize technical and financial planning for network development and operation in conjunction with the macro-regional technical director
- Monitor the financial and technical performance of the network
- Provide timely network performance reports to senior management
Candidate Profile:
- Higher technical education
- Knowledge of the principles of construction for communication facilities and capital structures
- Technical knowledge of a telecom operator's operations
- Knowledge of regulatory documents
- People management skills
- Skills in interacting with external authorities
- Knowledge of finance fundamentals
- Experience as a technical director in a telecom operator company or as a direct subordinate to the technical director of a regional telecom operator
