A large telecom company is looking for a CTO / Technical Director. This role is for a strong technical manager who can lead a complex IT block: architecture, development, infrastructure, integrations, teams, contractors, vendors, deadlines, budget, and quality.

We need someone who is not just “about strategy.” We need an operational technical leader who can build processes, work with the business, defend solutions, and deliver projects to completion.

Role Focus:

• IT strategy and technical function;
• Architecture, development, infrastructure;
• Digital platforms and complex integrations;
• Working with vendors and contractors;
• SLA, security, risks, and quality;
• Managing teams and managers;
• Balancing technological strategy with actual delivery;
• A strong AI block is very important.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as CTO / Technical Director / Head of Engineering / IT Director in telecom, enterprise IT, IT integrator, vendor, or large B2B projects.

Conditions:
