PuninWine is the leading alcohol distributor in Cyprus looking for a Helpdesk Specialist to join their team. This position is ideal for beginners who want to develop in IT and gain practical technical support experience. Important: we are ready to consider specialists who are already in Cyprus.

📌Main tasks:

• Technical support for employees on issues related to computers, software, and corporate services
• Setup and maintenance of office equipment
• User account and access rights management
• Onboarding new employees to corporate systems and configuring access upon termination
• Diagnosis and resolution of typical technical problems
• Interaction with third-party IT specialists for complex malfunctions

🎯Our expectations:

• Work permit in Cyprus
• Basic knowledge of Windows, computers, and office equipment
• Understanding of IT fundamentals and a desire to grow in technical support
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical problems
• Systemic approach, attentiveness, and responsibility
• Knowledge of basic English
