About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Golang Developer to build scalable, reliable backend systems for consumer-facing AI, gaming, and real-time products.

The ideal candidate has experience working on products used directly by consumers, such as gaming, e-commerce, social, content, payments, travel, mobility, delivery, marketplaces, or other high-traffic digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services using Golang.
• Design distributed, high-concurrency, and low-latency systems.
• Develop APIs, microservices, real-time workflows, and event-driven services.
• Improve product performance, scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Work with databases, caches, and asynchronous processing systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues affecting real users.
• Own consumer-facing features from design through production release.
• Contribute to system design, technical planning, and code reviews.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical projects when required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Golang backend experience.
• Experience building consumer-facing products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency and backend performance.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and system design.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and production monitoring.
• Strong ownership and ability to ship production features independently.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
