We at Cybernet AI are looking for a Tech Lead / Team Lead to head the Voice AI development team in Kazakhstan.
This is one of the key engineering roles in the company. We are looking for a strong technical leader who can develop the team, make architectural decisions, and be responsible for creating modern voice AI agents based on GenAI.
🚀 What we expect from you?
- Experience in managing a development team.
- Proficient in Python.
- Understanding of LLM, RAG, NLU/ML pipelines, and modern AI technologies.
- Experience in building architecture, code review, and technical leadership.
- Skills in establishing development and testing processes.
🚀 What will you be doing?
- Leading the outbound line development team and being responsible for the technical development of the direction.
- Designing the architecture and developing voice AI agents based on modern GenAI technologies.
- Increasing development speed, release quality, and the team's engineering processes.
- Conducting code reviews, making key technical decisions, and mentoring engineers.
- Developing automated testing processes for Voice AI products.
- Analyzing the performance of AI systems and optimizing latency, recognition quality, and the efficiency of the AI stack.
- Working in close collaboration with Product, QA, the business team, and key clients.
