Remote Vacancy.
Avisales is looking for a Marketing Manager (Uzbekistan).
The New Markets team is working on developing Aviasales marketing in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Georgia. The team already has over 20 people: country managers, SMM and marketing managers, and a chief editor. Together, colleagues study the needs and pain points of different markets, brainstorm new ideas, strictly value organic traffic, and break records one after another.
They are looking for a marketing manager who will develop blogger outreach and offline activations in Uzbekistan: come up with a strategy, negotiate, launch projects, and analyze what worked.
What needs to be done:
- Develop and implement an influencer marketing strategy for the Uzbekistan market
- Search, evaluate, and attract bloggers and opinion leaders
- Manage advertising integrations end-to-end: negotiate, agree on terms, prepare briefs, assist with scripts, and control placements
- Build long-term relationships with bloggers and agencies
- Conceptualize and launch offline activations: find venues, gather concepts, negotiate with all participants, travel to the site if necessary, and oversee the launch
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure they contribute to the objective
- Test new formats, platforms, and hypotheses, analyze results, identify growth areas, and suggest what to test next
- Collaborate with marketing, SMM, PR, and analytics teams
Candidate expectations:
- Knowledge of the Uzbek language for free communication with bloggers and Russian for working with the team
- Understanding of the current marketing landscape in Uzbekistan, relevant trends, and why Uzbekistanis get testosterone spikes when they are late for a flight
- Experience in independently managing blogger integrations – from initial contact to results analysis
- Experience launching offline activations: from venue search and concept development to contractor coordination and on-site control
- Experience developing creative mechanics for blogger placements and offline projects
How the team works:
- Remote full-time work: 5/2, 8-hour working day
- No bureaucracy: comfortable, standard processes, horizontal and open communication, quick idea discussion and decision-making
