We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our product team, someone who will create communications that are actually useful, not just 'another email in the inbox.' You will need to come up with and develop newsletters that help the user at the right moment and improve their experience with the product.
What you will do
- develop post-booking user communications — from trip preparation to its completion;
- form a strategy and plan for the development of post-booking communications;
- design trigger sequences: from booking and departure preparation to in-trip communications, feedback collection, and NPS afterward;
- work with CJM and understand at which points communication will truly help the user;
- develop post-booking cross-sells and select products and mechanics for the trip context;
- conduct A/B tests: generate hypotheses, launch, and analyze results;
- work with metrics and analyze how communications affect not only opens and clicks but also user behavior within the product;
- collaborate with related teams: product, analytics, development, etc.;
- control the quality of launches: check segments, sending conditions, and sequence logic to ensure communications reach the right people, at the right time, and in the right way.
What we expect from you
- 3+ years of experience with CRM communications;
- experience with trigger communications, segmentation, and personalization;
- understanding of CJM and the ability to build communications around user tasks;
- ability to work with analytics and data: distinguish between 'email was opened' and 'user performed the desired action,' and be able to analyze this;
- ability to formulate hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, and evaluate results at the level of product metrics;
- experience working with large user bases — from 500 thousand people;
- experience in cross-team collaboration: the ability to negotiate with product, analytics, and development teams, consider their context, and bring tasks to launch.
How we work
- anywhere in the world: we are not tied to a location, we pay in dollars, we love to travel;
- no bureaucracy: convenient, healthy processes, horizontal and open communication, quick idea discussion, and decision-making;
- compensation: voluntary medical insurance, psychotherapy or foreign language courses, sports activities, and sick leave.
