The role is about the infrastructure, rules, and economics of new commerce.

Focus: • unified infrastructure and rules for AI agents on top of existing company solutions: AgentOps, LLMOps etc.; • managing agent scenarios together with product teams; • evaluating economics and business impact; • controlling costs, quality, risks, and scaling.

The role is at the intersection of product and technology. Standard product frameworks work poorly here: we need to connect LLM constraints, agent architecture, and the X5 ecosystem with real business opportunities.

We are looking for someone with experience launching new digital directions, strong systemic thinking, and a willingness to delve deep into technology. Discovery, CJM, and the development of specific scenarios largely remain with the business and product teams.
