Web/digital Designer (visual concepts for websites)

Format: Remote / Office Volume: 80–160 hours / month Engagement period: from 1 month (depends on project scale)

🔵Tasks

— Development of visual concepts — Presentation and defense of concepts to the client (if necessary) — Design review and art direction — Coordination of the process: task allocation, quality control, deadline adherence

🔵Requirements

— Strong sense of visual style (composition, typography, color) — Developed eye for web design and graphics — Experience in developing visual concepts for websites (2–3 options for one project) — Experience in UI/UX and web design from 3-5 years — Experience in art direction and conducting design reviews — Confident communication: argumentation of solutions, working with client and team edits — Proactivity, flexibility, ability to quickly grasp new niches and contexts — Modern stack and ability to optimize processes with AI tools
