We are looking for a product specialist to join our team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Active development of 3-4 SKUs simultaneously and their release in the near future. Parallel development of + 4-7 SKUs at a steady pace, bringing them to PPS within a year;
- Product Matrix: Development of the brand's product strategy; analysis of competitors and trends to optimize product competitiveness in the market; calculating product costs and margins;
- Development: Creating cosmetic products from idea to successful market launch, organizing and controlling every stage of creation;
- Production: Finding, selecting, and maintaining communication with contract manufacturers in the CIS and China; contracts, placement and control of batches, deadlines, budget;
- Packaging: Searching based on requirements and own proposals, technical specifications for the designer, informational content for labels and boxes;
- Regulatory Affairs: testing, certification, TR TS 009/2011 declarations, "Chestny Znak" (Honest Mark) – through contractors, under your supervision;
- Logistics: controlling deadlines, budgets, assigning tasks and communicating with logistics contractors – under your full supervision;
- Acceptance: personal presence at the warehouse in Moscow and carrying out the acceptance of all batches, checking a sample of units for compliance with PPS.
What is important to us:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, or brand management with a product function — cosmetics, beauty;
- Experience with "Chestny Znak" (Honest Mark), understanding the procedure and legal requirements;
- Working knowledge of English, understanding the principles and style of working with Chinese partners;
- Managed contractors and production budgets; ability to meet deadlines when things go wrong;
- Good with numbers and spreadsheets: cost calculation, MOQ scenarios, unit economics;
- Experience in sourcing packaging and manufacturing (RF/China/Korea);
- Possession of your own database of manufacturers and contractors with established relationships;
- Comfortable communication within the team, proactivity, stress resistance, and promptness in problem-solving;
- Residence in Moscow, or the ability to always come for batch acceptances and important meetings.

- Remote work, 5/2 schedule, 8-hour working day;
- Direct work with the owner, quick decisions without corporate approvals;
- Salary is discussed individually, depending on your expectations and relevant experience.
