You will work in the BrandLab department, where the team is responsible for the development and promotion of the company brand, creating a unique identity that sets the company apart from competitors, as well as establishing an emotional connection with consumers to attract and retain customers.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

1. Develop a perfume product from scratch according to the technical specification: from selecting a supplier to receiving the finished product in the warehouse.
2. Analyze the market, search for and analyze new suppliers.
3. Collaborate with manufacturing partners to define control indicators and develop product formulas and components.
4. Manage samples of formulas and technical information from suppliers.
5. Prepare briefs and work out product details (packaging, texture, colors, components).
6. Work with contracts, specifications, price lists, artworks, and documents necessary for certification.
7. Optimize purchasing prices, calculate and assess cost price, and determine profitability.
8. Monitor the mutual fulfillment of obligations by suppliers and the company.
9. Control timely payments on invoices.
10. Compile a procurement plan and carry out production and order delivery.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE:

1. Successful experience of 3+ years in the development of beauty products.
2. Fluent in English (written, oral at least Upper-Intermediate / B2).
3. Willingness to travel on business trips.
4. Ability to meet deadlines, independently monitor the execution of tasks, and promptly report emerging issues and risks.
5. High level of self-organization: ability to plan your work, set priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
