The Enline group of companies is opening a position for a Marketing Director.

We are developing international EdTech projects in the field of children's education and are looking for someone who can not just "run marketing," but independently find growth points, test hypotheses, and scale what works.

We have two international projects:

🎓 Enline School — a children's language school 💰 ARR — $2 million 🌎 Sales in EU countries 🗣 Clients speak Russian and Ukrainian

☀️ Sunny Academy — a children's language school 🇬🇧 Sales in the UK market 🗣 Clients are English-speaking

🎯 What you will do

📱 Facebook Ads

• Manage the Facebook Ads direction together with the targeting specialist in the team
• Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and creatives
• Understand which creatives yield a low CPL and why
• Formulate hypotheses and continuously improve results

🎬 UGC & Creative Production

• Create video creatives for Facebook Ads and YouTube through UGC creators
• Find and manage UGC creators
• Develop creative concepts and technical specifications
• Test new formats, hooks, and advertising mechanics

🔎 Google Ads

• Independently manage Google Ads
• Launch, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns
• Identify growth and scaling opportunities

🔥 TikTok & Instagram

• Manage the creation of viral content
• Invent and test viral mechanics
• Collaborate with the SMM manager
• Understand why some videos gain reach and engagement, while others don't

🧠 What is important to us

We are not looking for someone who can simply complete tasks according to specifications.

We need a self-sufficient marketer with an entrepreneurial mindset who:

Requirements:

• 📱 Experience with Facebook Ads for at least 1 year
• 🔎 Experience with Google Ads for at least 1 year
• 🎨 Understanding of which creatives work in Facebook Ads and allow for a low CPL
• 🔥 Understanding of viral mechanics on TikTok / Instagram
• 🎬 Experience working with UGC creators will be a big plus
• 🧠 Ability to independently identify problems and propose solutions
• ⚡ Willingness to quickly test new things and make data-driven decisions

The number of years of experience is not the main criterion for us.

We value much more the ability to think, independence, speed of learning, and interest in new tools and approaches.
