Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to strengthen the management structure of our development. Important: a person who will take control of delivery and become a liaison between teams, tech leads, and the product.

Employment: full-time
Salary Range: up to $3000

Tasks:

• Coordination of delivery between teams
• Monitoring deadlines and task statuses
• Synchronization of participants (development, tech leads, product)
• Management of dependencies between teams
• Ensuring process transparency for management
• Project management and task execution control

Expectations:

• Experience in IT project management
• Ability to build delivery processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience working with multiple teams simultaneously
• Understanding of the development lifecycle

Will be a plus:

• Experience working in product teams
• Technical background
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
