About the company: We develop products in the gaming ecosystem aimed at children and teenagers.

Key tasks:

1. Collect and clarify business requirements, formalize functional requirements, scenarios, and acceptance criteria together with clients and engineers.
2. Together with team leads, prepare the backlog and plan the work of two teams: consider frontend/backend, dependencies, technical debt, and readiness of upcoming tasks.
3. Lead initiatives until launch and acceptance: eliminate organizational blockers, coordinate scope changes, coordinate QA, design, and clients.
4. Independently assist the PM with preparing materials, access, lists, and exports according to agreed criteria.
5. Ensure a transparent queue of product and service requests; demonstrate the consequences of priority changes and promptly escalate conflicts to decision-makers.

Mandatory requirements: • Independent experience in delivering a digital product with multiple teams or parallel initiatives. • Practical experience in preparing functional requirements: transforming an incomplete business request into clear scenarios, exceptions, and acceptance criteria. • Understanding of the development cycle, frontend/backend, API, and integrations at the level of discussing tasks and dependencies. • Experience in planning with team leads, managing scope changes, and organizing releases. • Ability to achieve decisions and eliminate the causes of delays, maintaining direct communication between clients and engineers. • Willingness to perform preparatory work manually: documents, spreadsheets, materials, and ready-made exports. • Confident work with task trackers and documentation, such as Jira and Confluence.

Will be a plus: • Experience in business or system analysis. • Marketplaces, e-commerce, payment integrations, CRM, and marketing services. • Work with distributed teams and improving existing processes. • Basic SQL, AI tools, and automating routine tasks with result verification.
