Requirements: Experience as a Business Analyst for 5+ years. Very important: Deep expertise in supply chain and warehouse logistics domains. Fluent in SQL as an analytical tool and MS Excel. Ability to think systemically and to convincingly "sell" your solutions to the team and the business. Experience in a product approach (Agile/Scrum).

Will be a plus: Knowledge of architectural principles and design patterns.

Responsibilities: Design end-to-end (e2e) business processes for distribution centers (DCs). Daily analysis of hypotheses and initiatives within the warehouse logistics perimeter. Compile process descriptions at the "process step-IT-product" interface. Compare solution options by cost and profit, form roadmaps (MVP, V1, V2). Document As Is / To Be processes and conduct GAP analysis. Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs through SQL queries. Present to stakeholders of any level and facilitate meetings.
