Production Manager for Souvenir Products

We are looking for a colleague with experience working at a creative agency or on the client side, with knowledge of technological processes and materials. You will be responsible for overseeing the production of souvenir products at all stages — from approving layouts to shipping the finished products to the client. Tasks awaiting you

Producing and participating in projects You will participate in the development of new projects together with designers, and fully or partially produce projects from the marketing side: create briefs and technical specifications for layout development, and work with layout revisions.

Preparing technical specifications and production You will devise and create technical specifications for production, oversee projects at all stages: approve color proofs, initiate the production of samples and print runs, and monitor shipping. You will be responsible for controlling the quality and timelines of production runs.

Finding contractors and conducting tenders You will need to find new contractors and agree on the most favorable terms for placing orders, work with the existing contractor database, calculate order costs, and conduct tenders.

Inventory management and replenishment Your tasks will include maintaining records and monitoring product stock levels in the warehouse, as well as timely replenishment of stock.

We expect that you

• Have worked on the client side or in an advertising, creative, or production agency
• Know the technological processes for producing printing, souvenir, and textile products, know the market for textile materials, and the process of souvenir production in China
• Can devise and create technical specifications for the production of printed materials, souvenir and textile products, outdoor advertising, and exhibition equipment
• Understand materials, their processing methods, properties, and applications, and can combine materials
• Can work in a multitasking mode
• Are creative, proactive, efficient, stress-resistant, and can work in a team
• Follow trends and can conduct market analysis for new developments in the souvenir products field
• Follow fashion industry news, fashion bloggers, and designers
• Have experience conducting tenders among specialized contractors
• Have an established database of contractors for the production of souvenir, printed, and textile products
• Can fully immerse yourself in projects
